Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Cupola (the “Service”) at cupolahq.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
Cupola is a market and competitive-intelligence product. A team of agents watches the sources you configure, filters out noise, and produces a daily brief and a knowledge base for your workspace.
Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
- Two-factor authentication is available and is required on paid plans.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to infringe the rights of others.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission.
- Upload content you do not have the right to use.
Subscriptions and billing
- Paid plans (Individual and Group) are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
- You can cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues through the end of the current billing period.
- Some features may be offered as one-time purchases or credits, described at the point of sale.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you add to your workspaces. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the Service to you, including processing by the AI models that power the pipeline.
Intelligence output and no professional advice
Briefs and other output are generated automatically using AI and may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. They are provided for informational purposes only and are not financial, legal, investment, or other professional advice. Verify important information before acting on it.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cupola will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the platform.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, by notice within the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
